Dr Francis Puccio

Francis works with a range of psychological difficulties/disorders and has a special interest in:

  • Personality disorders (for example, borderline personality disorder)

He also commonly works with individuals with:

  • Mood Disorders (for example, depression)

  • Anxiety

  • Relationship difficulties 

  • Difficulties managing emotions 

  • Substance-Related and Addictive Disorders

​

In addition to working in private practice, Francis provides psychological assessments for the Children's Court of Victoria, and is employed by the University of Melbourne to conduct research in the field of Eating Disorders.

​

He has a down to earth, non-judgmental approach to psychological therapy. Francis uses evidence-based psychological therapies and believes that therapy is collaborative.

​

The fee for a 50-minute session is $220 and the Medicare rebate (for up to 10 sessions per year if eligible) is $136.35 per session.

  • PhD, University of Melbourne

  • Master of Psychology (Clinical), University of Melbourne

  • Post Graduate Diploma in Psychology, University of Melbourne

  • Graduate Diploma in Psychology, University of Melbourne

  • Bachelor of Creative Arts, Victorian College of the Arts, University of Melbourne
